Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Ingredients Quantity
Cake mix 1
Ice Cream Cones 18-24

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to instructions on the box.

Step 2: Cover a muffin tin in aluminum foil and poke holes in the center of the muffin cups.

Step 3: Place the ice cream cones into the holes and fill with cake batter.

Step 4: Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the caones comes out clean.

Step 5: While the cones are cooling, poke a hole in the bottom of each cone. This keeps the cones from becoming soggy.

Monkey Bread

  • Time: 1 Hour 5 Minutes
  • Serves: 12
Ingredients Quantity Optional
Sugar 1/2 Cup No
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon No
7oz cans of Refrigerated Biscuits 4 No
Chopped Walnuts 1/2 Cup Yes
Raisins 1/2 Cup Yes
Brown Sugar 1 Cup No

Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a bundt pan and combine sugar and cinnamon in a ziploc bag.

Step 2: Cut each Biscuit into four pieces. Put eight sections into the ziploc at a time and shake to coat the peices in the cinnamon and sugar. Repeat this until you have coated all the sections. Arrange inside the pan with walnuts and raisins.

Step 3: Combine Melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour the mixture on top of the biscuit pieces.

Step 4: Bake for 28-32 minutes or until no longer doughy in the center. Wait for ten minutes before turning upside-down and serve warm.

Pickle Wrap Dip

Ingredients Quantity
Dill Pickle Spears 1 Jar
Sour Cream 16oz
Cream Cheese 2 pkg
Deli Ham 1 Small Pkg
Dill Weed 1 Pinch

Step 1: Soften cream cheese.

Step 2: Cut pickles and ham into small pieces.

Step 3: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, ham, and dill together. If you can't taste the pickles very much, add in some pickle juice.

Step 4: Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any extra dip in an air-tight container.
